Carolyn expanded into entertainment as VP and Executive Producer of Programming at Tech TV, where she transformed a sleepy half-hour newscast into the groundbreaking 9-hour live daily show “Tech Live,” and developed genre-bending programs like Fresh Gear, Geek Chic, and Let ’er Rip. She later ran an entertainment production company and helped launch TheFempire.com, an online network for young urban women, where she developed content and talent in the digital lifestyle space. Through every chapter of her career, Carolyn has remained clear on one thing: Content is king, but people are the power. Her mission is simple — help good journalists become great, and help great ones find their next big opportunity.
